mini Team

This is a documentation of my readings and observations during my summers at L&T Infotech as an intern
We were Ananta(annu), Govind(gundi), Sanket(shaky), me ..Team EASSy.

The entire documentation is split into multiple posts and each one is different. They are what i plainly observed and inferred.. and worth sharing with all.

We all reached the office in time, thanks to Uncle (Sanket's dad). Uncle had everything in place for us.
From gate passes to meeting the person, who has deeply influenced my thinking in a very short span of time.

We never imagined in the weirdest of our thoughts, that engineering trainees like us, would be able to meet such highly influential people, on such a professional platform.
After exchanging formal pleasantries we were asked to introduce ourselves to Sanjay Sir.
He intended to know us and our ability to adapt to circumstances better.

He and uncle introduced us to Mr. Nolassco a.k.a Nolly; a very intelligent, efficient and highly practical person with a cute dimpled smile across his face; as our project incharge.

We thought, we are done and were ready to pack our bags home and were happy.
Then came the moment. Sanjay Sir asked us to stay in the office till 6pm and work on two ideas each.
He asked us to prepare our resumes and application letter as well.
For dumb ones like us, even this task seemed uphill and we left no stone unturned to chalk our perfect resumes.

I have saved the best part for now i.e. our meeting with Nolly Sir..
We started, as usual; discussing about global problems.(Global warming, pollution control, flood control and everything that forms our Indian planning commission's agenda) If given a go ahead then, I think we'd have given Mr Alhuwalia a run for money :).

Nolly Sir gave a patient hearing. He spoke finally. "dont bother about global problems." He then detailed us with how L&T Infotech works. He explained how each problem is considered a ticket. With simple and sensible examples, he made us aware of how we should think.

Now, who should explain him, that we the muggus from MU are highly impractical and carry a big closed head on our shoulders. More about the entire thinking exercise in the next post.
